Handmade Artworks
Every artwork is handmade by Atelier Nué.

Leather, linen, wool and silk are natural materials, and each piece has its own variations in colour, texture and patina. Small marks and irregularities may be inherent to the materials and are part of their natural character.

As each artwork is individually crafted, the finished piece may vary slightly from the photographs shown on this website.

These natural characteristics do not affect your statutory rights if an artwork has a genuine defect or does not conform to the agreed description.

Payment
For commissioned artworks, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before shipment.

For ready-to-ship artworks purchased through the webshop, payment is made at checkout.

Production & Delivery
Production time for commissioned artworks is typically 2 – 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission. The estimated timeframe will be confirmed by email when your order is placed.

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the artwork's size and destination and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Collection from the studio in Aarhus can also be arranged by appointment.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be affected by local shipping services or customs procedures.

Returns
For online purchases, statutory consumer rights apply. Custom-made artworks may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

For purchases made in person at the studio, returns are not offered for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Care
Leather is a natural material that develops a patina over time. Changes in colour and surface are a natural part of its character and may occur with use, light and age.

Handle your artwork with care and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture and excessive heat.
