Payment

All major credit cards are accepted. 

Delivery

Shipping to all countries. Ordered items will be shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped with trackable shipping.

On all orders shipped within Denmark there is a standard shipping fee of 7,00 €. This fee covers administration, packaging and freight. Inside Denmark products in stock will usually be delivered within 3 business days from the order date.

On international orders there is a standard shipping fee of 14,00 €. This fee covers administration, packaging and freight. International orders will usually be delivered within 5-14 business days. Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.

Return policy

All sales are final.
Within Denmark, its possible to change to a gift card/voucher.

If an item unfortunately has arrived damaged, please send a photograph to demonstrate any damage to both the packaging and products within 5 days of receipt of order. 

Atelier nué is not responsible for any changes in appearance of surfaces or materials. Some of the materials used are meant to age in appearance. Because of the handmade nature, small variations in items may occur, and should not be misconstructed as flaws.
